Miami Green Resort Condominium Owners Association

Introduction

The Miami Green Resort Condominium Owners Association (The Association) was formed by a group of owners to represent their concerns on issues with the Developer of Miami Green and ongoing maintenance and management issues. At the same time as helping to protect the interests of the owners, The Association also seeks to provide and promote social activities and research projects at Miami Green. In providing and organising social activities at Miami Green The Association recognises the necessity of fostering close ties between all residents. Founders of The Association were from many nationalities and all apartment blocks at Miami Green. The intransigence of the developer soon became apparent and early committee members worked hard to protect the interests of all residents. The Miami Green Management Council Committee Members are asked to work with The Association to achieve our joint and identical aims.

The Association is open to ALL Owners and Residents of Miami Green, there are no membership fees or dues. The Association is dedicated to the State Governments principles of:
CREDIBILITY - ACCOUNTABILITY - TRANSPARENCY (CAT)
and will work with integrity to achieve these principles.
