The Miami Green Pro Tem Committee was formed, by a large group of owners, to represent their interests and concerns. Miami Green Pro Tem Committee is available to ALL owners of property in Miami Green; there are no membership fees or dues. Founding owners are from many nationalities and all Apartment Blocks at Miami Green.

The need for the Miami Green Pro Tem Committee became necessary when it was pointed out, by members of the Miami Green Owners Association, that, under Malaysian Law 502, only Malaysian Nationals can be members of a registered association such as the Miami Green Owners Association. Non Malaysian Nationals can be associate members, but cannot be members of an association committee. Because of this law another organisation was necessary and it was inevitable that the original founders of the Miami Green Pro Tem Management Committee would be mainly non Malaysian Nationals. The Miami Green Owners Association Committee Chairman as been asked to work with the Miami Green Pro Tem Committee to achieve our joint and identical aims.
