I will do all with in my power to ensure that the residents of Miami Green have a complex that they can be proud of.

CHRIS’S EXPERIENCE...
Service with Royal Air Force – 1960 – 1974 (including service in Singapore).
Employed by BAE SYSTEMS – 1977 – 2006 (including field service contracts in Asia and Europe) Maintenance, Systems Engineering and Project Engineering.

CHRIS’S SKILLS...

• Management of Multibillion pounds (Sterling) projects,
  
• Management of Workforce (British and Foreign)
  
• Working in Committee’s as both member and chairman,
  
• Negotiation with suppliers, MoD.
  
• Maintenance Planning,
  
• Electronic Diagnosis and Repair,
  
• Health and Safety assessment;

These all are activities that I have undertaken successfully with the competence acquired over my career.

CHRIS’S VIEW OF THE J.M.B....
The JMB will be responsible for ensuring that Belleview Sdn Bhd fully discharges their obligations to the owners and residents of Miami Green by:

• Completing the Common areas, passing over all documentation relating to Miami Green (including accounts and monies from service charges and sinking fund).
  
• Completing outstanding maintenance work.
• A strong and experienced team is required to represent the owners and residents of Miami Green.
