- The condition of Miami Green Common Property, jointly owned by all owners.
- The effectiveness of our service providers, Security, Housekeeping, Swimming Pool Maintenance, etc.
- The condition of our facilities, Tennis court, Basket ball court, Gym, Squash Court, Putting Green, Jogging Track, Function room and numerous common rooms.
- The developers responsibilities.
- The owner’s responsibilities, before and after the formation of the Joint Management Body and, after the formation of the Management Corporation and Management Committee.
- To have ready, for the eventual management committee, procedures for managing Miami Green.
