2. Financial information about our Sinking Fund and Service Charge Fund.
   
3. Basic analysis of audited accounts provided by the developer.
   
4. The position regarding the completion of our common rooms.
   
5. The condition of Miami Green Common Property, jointly owned by all owners.
   
6. The effectiveness of our service providers, Security, Housekeeping, Swimming Pool Maintenance, etc.
   
7. The condition of our facilities, Tennis court, Basket ball court, Gym, Squash Court, Putting Green, Jogging Track, Function room and numerous common rooms.
   
8. The developers responsibilities.
   
9. The owner’s responsibilities, before and after the formation of the Joint Management Body and, after the formation of the Management Corporation and Management Committee.
   
10. To have ready, for the eventual management committee, procedures for managing Miami Green.
